Corporate Professional Shoot Agreement Rates, Terms, Conditions & Agreement For corporate professionals Subject to the terms, conditions, agreement and exhibits appended hereto. Unless a written quote has been provided the rate will be listed in the current version of the document “Pricing for Corporate Professionals” You receive back either a full set of 1st run contact sheets (for selection purposes only) or choose image(s) on location. Packages: • Package A: 1024 pixels across if landscape format, 800 pixels across for portrait format for use on company website, social media. Industry listing services, advertising in local media and newspapers up to business card size. • Package B: 1400 pixels across if landscape format, 1024 pixels across for portrait format for use as above and also flyers, sell sheets, annual reports and advertising materials produced by you or your firm up to 7×5 inches. • For larger and national advertising and other uses, mechanicals and CMYK files will be quoted upon request. The delivered image(s) is retouched. Special features may cost extra, for example removal of braces, or out of the norm work. You may ask for specific things to be retouched and also specify the level of airbrushing and wrinkle removal desired. Optional additional scenes or backgrounds as quoted or listed in the price list described above. We will shoot any look you like and also allow for minor wardrobe changes in the headshot price. We do not limit shooting time (within reason) and prefer you take the time to get the shot you like. This option is for things like full length shots, or background changes where we need to reconfigure the scene. Once booked be sure to read the guide we provide so your shoot goes well. Terms, Conditions and Agreement You may receive a proof of your image once it is retouched. Upon receipt of a proof you have 48 hours to comment or request changes. After 24 hours the proof(s) will automatically be considered final. Any changes after final approval, be it automatic or by reply will be billed at a $50 minimum. If you would like prints, we have them printed at your local Costco. The prints are beautiful and incredibly inexpensive ($3.00 for one 11×14 or two 9x12s). You will pay Costco yourself when you pick them up. You can get as many as you want, but we charge $50.00 to format each image and upload it to Costco each time you ask for prints. We suggest over ordering because they are so affordable. We only guarantee having the image on file for 30 days. We do not color correct or guarantee prints, but Costco does and will reprint them to your satisfaction as you may require. Please note, that while we give you an email authorization to go to Costco and receive the prints, and most Costco’s accept this and let you pick them up, you may either need a Costco membership or to bring someone along that does to pick them up. Please note that we charge much less for professional service headshots than we do for actors and models, or for magazine use. Photographs are subjective. We strive to get you images you will love and have our reputation at stake. However, not everyone likes the same thing and you may not like how your images come out and we cannot guarantee your satisfaction once we are finished. We will re-shoot you at half price if you do not like the images, but we cannot be responsible for poor wardrobe choices, or if you are just not feeling in the mood that day. We want to work with your scheduling needs, but as we get close to your shoot we have expenses we may not be able to get out of. If you show up more than marginally late for your shoot your deposit may be forfeited. If you reschedule within 7 days of your shoot we reserve the right to charge you 50% of the headshot fee. The wardrobe you choose, or makeup and hair you do or have done is under your control. We may help make suggestions for better images but the final decision rests with you, as does your satisfaction of it. We have a resource document that uses our experience to help guide you, but the please understand these are suggestions. Please come prepared. We require a minimum nonrefundable $100.00 deposit to secure an individual shoot. If you have received a quote you will be invoiced the difference for your quoted deposit after completing this transaction. You may change your appointment up to 7 days ahead. If you cancel altogether, or change your appointment within 7 days you will be charged 50% of the headshot, session or creative fee. Full payment for services ordered is due upon completion of the shoot. Any images ordered for retouching and delivery must be paid for at time of order. Print file charges must be paid at time of order. Additional retouching must be paid for at the time of selection to have the order processed. The terms and conditions are part of a binding agreement between you and Laurens Antoine Photography. You will need to agree and sign this agreement (either electronically or in writing) before scheduling is firm. No warranties or representations are made by Laurens Antoine Photography. This agreement along with its exhibits, addendums, appendices, amendments, and license delivered with the final image(s) encompass the entire agreement between you and Laurens Antoine Photography. You hereby waive any rights or remedies for any representations or assurances made that are not a part of this agreement. The intellectual property, including all trademarks and copyrights created by or embodied into this agreement shall be governed and protected by laws of the United States of America. This agreement itself shall be governed by California State Law. Should the parties (you and Laurens Antoine Photography et al) become involved in a dispute jurisdiction shall be the San Diego Superior Court of California, in San Diego, California, or the United States District Court in San Diego, California, at the sole discretion of Laurens Antoine Photography et al.
